On a flight to Florida I scored a window seat. I love examining the conflict between natural and man-made landscapes. As I flew over multiple states I began to think about how each area had their own parameters. When I landed, I began with a spreadsheet. I found population, landmass, income data for all the United states and entered it to look at overall percentages. Each state and each category were assigned shapes and colors. This information was then randomly organized.
